All you do when you soak wood chips is they dry back out before smoking (on proper heat) Wrap them in foil with a few holes in the foil to give some oxygen but not enough to flame up and put on some hot coals for the professional technique lol.

Nice boat! I didn't realize that 4-person bass boats existed until I saw an Allison, but I don't need that much power and speed. This boat seems to fit the bill, and its size and weight are comparable to my 18' fiberglass bass boat but with much more storage and two extra fold-away seats.
